Courage is a heart word. It is not about heroic acts that a few perform. Courage focuses on making daily choices to be brave. The moments that bring about fear of the unknown, uncertainty, or disappointment call on us to exhibit courage in daily leadership moments.
As you consider what it means to embody the value of courage in your leadership, explore six ordinary actions that can help you become a courageous leader. Then you can answer the question, “What does courage make possible?”

“The VALUE of…” is podcast series exploring what is important to Christ-centered leaders. Values are more than things we profess. Values are the essential elements that guide a leader’s decisions and actions. They help teams make decisions and know what is important.
