Read Matthew 6:25-26

Today, let us give God praise for the leaders of our denomination and for the delegates who will be making decisions for our church. Pray that God gives us what we need to face today and the future unafraid, so that we can step into the future with faith.

Prayer for Today:

O God, give us this day our daily bread so that we may have a clear focus and direction regarding our mission and ministry as a denomination. We hold the leaders of our church before you. Fill them with your deep peace so that they can have the courage to make the decisions that help your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We offer our leaders and ourselves to you in the name of Jesus.  Amen. 

A Few Reminders

Thank you for participating in this 31-day prayer journey.  Our journey will include opportunities to read and reflect on the scriptures as we pray specifically for the special General Conference, for the leaders of our denomination, and for the delegates who have represented us.  As we pray together, we will become more who God has created us to be.

You can find the delegates from the West Ohio Conference here.  Let us pray for each of them every day. It will be through our prayers that they become more who God created them to be.
